Personal Service Technician
Upon taking delivery of a new vehicle from Aston Martin of Dallas, you will be assigned a Personal Service Technician expertly skilled in all facets of mechanical repair and client relations. Whenever your Aston Martin requires repair, your Technician will also complete and verify the accuracy of all maintenance records. Additionally, your Technician will be available at your convenience for consultation regarding all aspects of your Aston Martin’s performance.
On-Site Maintenance
As a member of the Aston Martin of Dallas Club, in the event you are unable to bring your Aston Martin to the dealership or experience unexpected difficulty, your Personal Service Technician will be dispatched to provide on-site repair. Should your Technician determine following arrival that the vehicle can be more appropriately serviced at the dealership, they will arrange for your Aston Martin to be delivered to our facility and coordinate the availability of a complimentary loan car, if requested.
Concierge Service
Providing hospitality that is as customer-specific as your legendary vehicle is an Aston Martin of Dallas trademark. While our goal is to anticipate your needs in advance, our on-staff concierge is always available to ensure your comfort and convenience by addressing virtually any request you may have.
Owners Lounge
Available to Aston Martin of Dallas Owners Club members, every detail of the Owners Lounge reflects the exclusivity of Aston Martin. The members-only facility is a perfect sanctuary for rest, conversation, conducting business or entertainment and is also available for intimate gatherings for you and your guests.
